If you fail/refuse to pick up or collect your finalized order, Nani will not issue a refund, regardless of the circumstance. We cannot refund any product that is abandoned by the customer.
If Nani has committed a fault in the finished product, we would appreciate it if you would let us know and bring back the remaining product. This allows us to correct our team, and get it perfect next time. Obviously, in this case we will provide you a refund / replacement for the product. But the amount to be refunded will be left to our discretion.
You CAN cancel the order 3 days before the delivery date for a full refund. You cannot cancel the order later than that - no refund will be provided that being the case. No changes can be made to the final product once the order has been placed from your end. Refund will be made in the same payment mode within 7 working days approximately.
Product once sold will not be taken back / exchanged since we deal with perishable food products.
In order to cancel the order within the stipulated time, you will have to send us an email with your order details to email@example.com
Out of Stock Policy
If in any case an item you ordered is out of stock, we will first try to contact the customer either by phone or via email. We will give you other comparable choices to choose from. If you would like to cancel the order then that can be done and the full amount will be refunded. Refund under such circumstances will be made within 7 working days approximately.
